Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Esther—CIM-certified marketing strategist, PMP® project manager, content creator, marathon runner, and mom of three.
I’m also a lifelong learner, a growth mindset advocate, and—like many parents and entrepreneurs—someone who’s still learning to set boundaries. I believe “No, thank you” is a complete sentence, even if I sometimes need to remind myself of that. I’m a work in progress, just like the business I’m building.
But more than that? I’m someone who knows what it’s like to build a business during nap time, create content in short bursts between school runs, and sketch out strategies during the quiet moments no one else sees.
I’ve spent years leading global brands, managing multi-million-euro innovation projects, and earning respected credentials from institutions like PMI and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
But the most meaningful shift? Choosing to build a business on my own terms—aligned with my life, not at odds with it.
